I’m not receiving the confirmation email/SMS during Pin up registration – what to do?
If your Pin up registration code or link is not coming, usually it’s a small technical issue. Try these steps:
- Check spam/junk folder in your email. The casino message may be filtered.
- Wait 5–10 minutes. Sometimes email/SMS is delayed by your provider.
- Confirm your email/phone is correct. One wrong digit and you will not get the code.
- Click “Resend code” on the registration page and request a new one.
- If you use Gmail/Outlook app, refresh or relogin and check “All mail” or “Promotions”.
- For SMS, make sure your phone has network signal and enough space in inbox.
- Disable VPN or proxy and try again, as this can block messages.
If nothing works, contact Pin up support via live chat or email and provide your email/phone and registration time.
