Why is my Pin-Up deposit not credited?
If your Pin-Up deposit is not showing in your balance, first stay calm and check a few things:
Check payment status
- Open your payment app/bank and confirm the transaction is “Successful”.
- Note the transaction ID and time.
Refresh your Pin up balance
- Log out of your casino account and log in again.
- Check “Deposit history” in your profile.
Confirm limits and time
- Some payment methods can take 5–30 minutes.
- Make sure you did not exceed daily deposit limits.
Contact support
- Take a screenshot of the payment.
- Contact Pin-Up support via live chat or email and share: account ID, amount, payment method, transaction ID, and time.
Tip: Always deposit from an account in your own name and keep payment SMS/email until the money appears in your casino balance.
