To change or cancel a payment on Pin up, you must act quickly and check the payment status.

1. Check payment status:

   • Log in to your Pin-Up account.
   • Go to “Cashier” / “Balance” / “Transaction history.”
   • Find the payment you want to change or cancel.

2. If the payment is still “Pending”:

   • See if there is a “Cancel” button next to it.
   • If available, click “Cancel” and confirm.

3. If the payment is “Processing” or “Completed”:

   • You usually cannot cancel or edit it yourself.
