To change or cancel a payment on Pin up, you must act quickly and check the payment status.
Check payment status:
- Log in to your Pin-Up account.
- Go to “Cashier” / “Balance” / “Transaction history.”
- Find the payment you want to change or cancel.
If the payment is still “Pending”:
- See if there is a “Cancel” button next to it.
- If available, click “Cancel” and confirm.
If the payment is “Processing” or “Completed”:
- You usually cannot cancel or edit it yourself.
