Why is the Pin-Up app not working?

If the Pin up app is not opening, loading, or showing errors, usually it’s a simple technical issue:

1. Check your internet

   • Make sure Wi‑Fi or mobile data is on and stable.
   • Try opening any other website or app.

2. Update or reinstall the app

   • Go to your app store, search “Pin-Up”, and update.
   • If still not working, uninstall and install again.

3. Clear cache and storage

   • On your phone, open Settings → Apps → Pin-Up → Storage.
   • Tap Clear cache (and if needed, Clear data).

4. Use the mobile website

   • If the app fails, open Pin-Up casino via browser (Chrome, etc.).

5. Check access issues

   • Sometimes the app may be blocked or under maintenance.
